Austgrant was approached by an exporter of Turbo-Chargers after having been referred to us by a business
associate. The exporter had just experienced a major debt default by an international customer that almost
bankrupted his business.

Austgrant was successful in linking the exporter with Export Finance Insurance Corporation (EFIC) to access their
credit insurance scheme. Together with re-financing the business with the assistance of the Austgrant network and
assisting in the development and management of the company's EMDG program, export sales increased by over
200% over two years and the company has since received substantial EMDG assistance.
