Our research discovered that a medium size Electronics Company lodged an EMDG claim, but did not receive a grant
cheque. Austgrant approached the company and was advised that the claim was withdrawn as the person who
prepared it was no longer involved with the company.

No-one in the company was able to sort out the "mess". The company had tried to engage "experts" to assist but was
advised it was a "lost cause".

We investigated the background of the claim and Austgrant was successful in obtaining $50,000 EMDG for the "lost
cause" company.

This money enabled the company to expand its export presence which in turn generated two overseas sales orders
totalling $2.5 Million and the company, with our assistance, has since received further EMDG's. The company
subsequently established an office in the UK to service Europe.
