Education College

An Education College that teaches English to foreign students heard about the EMDG program, spoke to Austrade and
subsequently contacted Austgrant. We were successful in obtaining a modest $3,000 EMDG in the first year
increasing to $70,000 in the second year and $200,000 from year three, as a result of our assisting in the
development and management of their EMDG program.

The college management further utilised our expertise in accounting and financial management to develop and
manage a computerised Management Information Reporting System (MIRS) that ultimately saved the college over
$100,000 p.a. in staff costs and created an infrastructure that generated an additional $350,000 p.a. in net profits,
including EMDG's.
