An exporter of Cosmetics whose EMDG claim had been determined as nil grant payable, was referred to Austgrant.
We determined that the preparation and supporting documentation had been badly handled, which did not
substantiate their claim.

Austgrant thoroughly researched the client's trading activities and available paperwork to determine their eligibility
and with the cooperation of the exporter to obtain previously unavailable documentation, the claim was resubmitted
to Austrade under appeal. The appeal was accepted and paid.
