Our research discovered from external financial records that a Builders Supply Company that had received EMDG's
over several years had received nothing in a current period. We approached the company to advise them that it
appeared they had not received their grant for the latest year. It turned out that they had had a change of
management and each thought the other had completed the claim submission.

Austgrant were able to obtain $100,000 EMDG for the exporter (the maximum at the time) for that missing year, and
has since helped the company receive many hundreds of $000's.
